Outside of my practice, I'm a professionally trained singer and musician, a dancer, and a devoted wife and mother. I bring my whole self — warmth, creativity, and genuine care — into the work I do with each client.

I'm Gloria — a bilingual LCSW with over 26 years of experience helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, and the weight of things that were never properly addressed. I'm Latina and East Indian and I practice in both English and Spanish. I work with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, and I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and women's issues. My approach isn't one-size-fits-all — I pay attention to your cultural context, your family story, and what "healing" actually means for you specifically. Many of my clients come to me after feeling like they weren't truly understood by past therapists. I take that seriously.
