Clients should know that I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for healing and growth. With expertise in psychotherapy, neurodivergence, trauma, and vocational rehabilitation, I take a holistic and client-centered approach, tailoring each session to individual needs.
I believe in empowering clients by helping them develop self-awareness, resilience, and practical coping strategies. My work is rooted in evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those facing life transitions, trauma, or career challenges.
Above all, I value authenticity, collaboration, and creating a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported on their journey toward mental wellness.
My name is Sloane Dolezal. I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and helping them achieve emotional well-being. I was drawn to a career in therapy because of my own personal experiences with trauma and loss. After experiencing a traumatic loss, I struggled to cope for years and eventually turned to therapy for support. That journey not only helped me heal but also showed me the profound impact that compassionate, professional guidance can have on someone's life. Seeing the resilience and growth in others inspires me every day, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients on their healing journeys. What drives me in this work is the opportunity to provide others with the same kind of support that helped me through my most difficult times. I understand firsthand how overwhelming life’s challenges can be, and I am truly honored to have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—whether by helping someone gain clarity, build confidence, heal from past wounds, or develop healthier coping strategies. Knowing that I can provide a safe space where people feel seen and empowered fuels my dedication to this profession.
As a LPC I work to help people find meaning and purpose and to overcome the challenges in their lives. I have worked in the field for over 13 years. I earned my masters degree in counseling at Harding School of Theology in 2014. I have worked in community mental health in different capacities and have maintained a small private practice over the years. I have been trained in EMDR, DBT, and solution focused brief therapy. I integrate a range of perspectives as I work with each individual.
